Chapter 4: System Configuration
AltiWare ACM 5.1 Administration Manual 61
To access the Business Hours settings, select System > System Configuration, then
click the Business Hours tab.

Multiple Business Hours profiles can be configured in a system. A default “System”
Business Hours profile is already configured. Multiple Business Hours profiles can also be
assigned to DNIS Routing and Trunk In Call Routing entries.
To add a Business Hours profile, click the Add button. In the Add Business Hours
Profile dialog box that appears, enter a name for the profile, then click OK.
For each business hour profile, set the business schedule parameters as follows:
Parameter Description
Day
Select the days of the week on which the company does
business. For example, if the company does business
Monday – Friday, check the check boxes for those days.
